Fall: Aug 15 - Nov 30th $100/night $650/week

Spring: Mar 1 - May 15th $100/night $650/week

Winter: Dec 1 - Dec 31 $85/night $550/week

Cleaning fee: $50, Tax 11.5%, where not included in the rate. Cancellation notification of two weeks results in refund of all monies. In the event of an impending hurricane, your monies will be refunded, renter charged on a pro-rata basis for nights stayed. Credit or Debit accepted thru PayPal for an additional 3% charge.
