Summer, Fall, Winter, Spring... you can do most anything !  Sugar Magnolia Cottage is ready for your visit year' round.  This 3 bedroom home is located in a safe, friendly, quiet neighborhood that is convenient to numerous community activities and events.  Should you need the use of a pool, 2 miles away is the new aquatics center at Frank Brown Park.  But one comes for the emerald blue water and sugar sands of the beach which is but a flip-flop ( two blocks) away.  Don't forget to pack those flip-flops!  Shopping and eateries are close by. You will enjoy the lighted outdoor deck, which surrounds the house.  The back yard is fenced and newly sodded.  This renovated 50's cottage is truly a pick. A local family member is available for household emergencies and housecleaning. Be assured that Sugar Magnolia Cottage is thoroughly cleaned between guests.  After all, we stay here, also!
