This top floor, 3 bedroom unit is perfectly located on the west side of the building for fantastic views of the Gulf and the sunsets over the sound. Upscale amenities inside the condo include granite counter tops, stainless appliances, full size washer and dryer, wireless internet access, 2 person whirlpool tub in Master with separate shower and walk-in closet, LCD TV with DVD/VCR in living room, cable TV with HBO, and DVD players in every room. Our unit 620, with 1390 sq. ft., is one of the larger units on the west side; it also has a balcony over 25 ft. wide.

Master bedroom has king size bed; middle bedroom has two queen size beds; third bedroom has queen size bed. Our welcome album has restaurant menus, golf info, local attractions, activities and coupons. The Azure has a fully equipped exercise room, two pools (one heated in winter), children's spray park, covered and secured parking, beach chairs and umbrella setup included in season, and 515 ft of spectacular white sandy beach on the "Emerald Coast"!!
