Stay right on the beach! Mainsail is a private gated beach front community that is located on 15 acres. It is ideally situated at the end of Scenic Gulf Drive very near the Silver Sands Outlet Mall. It is very convenient to many restaurants and amusements for the kids. It has a large pool area and also two lighted tennis courts. Best of all, there are no streets to cross to get to the beautiful white sand beach, which is just footsteps away! Our 2 bedroom condo is located in building two - unit 277. There are four buildings at Mainsail. Buildings one and two are the closest to the beach with the "Best Views".

This is a wonderful condo that has not been on the rental program since 2003, so it is in pristine condition. It is located in building two - unit 277. We also manage unit 267, which is right below 277. This is great for all of you multi-family and friend renters who want to vacation together, but also want your quiet time too.

Great condo, perfect condition, wonderful location right on the beach! You could not ask for anything better. So, come on down to Destin and enjoy all there is to do or just relax at this beautiful condo.

A $300 damage/security deposit is required with each rental. The deposit does not apply toward the rental, but is refunded within 2 weeks of your departure provided no damage is found to the condo. 11% tax is not included. $85 cleaning fee is not included in the nightly rates, but it is included in the weekly rate. There is a $25 added fee to use either Visa or Mastercard
