This 11th floor west-end unit features 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, Living room, Dining area, Kitchen, semi-private elevator, and undercover parking. The balcony has direct Gulf views and the guest bedroom balcony has views of Destin! Special Features of this luxurious property include a cable-connected HDTV/DVR in the living area. Our guests will never have to miss their favorite television programs again! Simply use the remote for taping those special features.

Beach service is seasonally included (beach umbrella and 2 chairs - weather permitting). The "Tiki-Hut" located by the beach serves food and drinks. The entrance to this premier property is via semi-private elevator... which means... a special key allows our guests to ascend to their extravagant surroundings in style. The elevator door opens into a private foyer with the main living area just beyond the foyer - through 2 large privacy doors.

Floor-to-ceiling windows encourage each guest to be captivated with panoramic vistas from dawn till dusk! One private underground parking space is reserved during your stay with additional parking located near the building. The Club at Silver Shells offers a heated indoor/outdoor pool with hot tub, fitness center, steam and sauna rooms. A basketball court and 2 tennis courts are also available at no extra charge. The European spa which is located on-site is by reservation - additional charges may apply. This luxury property will easily accommodate a maximum of (10) ten guests.
