Cape San Blas 4 bedroom townhome rental

Cape San Blas was voted #1 beach in USA in 2002. As you drive down the Cape, you will notice the ocean on one side and the bay on the other. This 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath townhome is in Seacliffs, a gated community of townhomes near the entrance of spectacular St. Joseph State Park. Our townhome's three decks overlook a large pool, playground and large play area. Each deck has a view of clear Gulf waters and the sunset is picture perfect. We also have a view from each floor of the St. Park and beautiful state protected white dunes. Some mornings you may see deer off your back deck. You have your own elevator in the townhome to help with the weight of luggage and groceries. The townhome is well stocked with items that you would have at home to make you feel more comfortable with your stay. There are newly (2007) decorated bedrooms and beach decor in the entire townhome.

We have a new gas grill on the top deck to cook out while looking at the sunset. There is a covered parking area and a washer and dryer on the first floor with a mini fridge that may be needed for drinks at the pool and beach. The boardwalk from the townhome goes to the beach and is handicapped accessible.

Cape San Blas is remote, serene yet there is plenty to do. Seashells decorate the beach shore every morning and sea turtles can be seen during the turtle season. Burning a fire at night on the beach and making smores is sure to be one of your favorite things to do. Pets are allowed on the beach. There are bike, kayak, and boat rentals. Even horseback riding. The St. Park offers trails for hiking and biking and boat ramps. The fishing is rated one of best in the world. Fisherman can fish from the beach, bay, boat, or kayak. Coneheads restaurant is in walking distance and serves ice-cream, fresh sandwiches, and burgers. There are many shops and restaurants nearby. Port St. Joe 10 minutes Mexico Beach 20 minutes Panama City 40 minutes Apalachicola 30 minutes We do allow pets in townhome with a pet deposit.
