This home is a new rental offering starting in December 2007, so there is lots of availability. Everyone can have their own space if they want it, but there is lots of room for the larger group gatherings. Inside, there are several sitting areas for different groupings. The home has an elevator, and is fully handicap accessible to the first two floors. The large pool area is in a private setting, facing south, with a full bath and covered area, just outside the gate. No need to run wet through the house to use the bathroom or a private shower. There is a pool heater and solar cover to keep the pool comfortable in the cooler season. This home has everything to make your vacation memorable. The main floor living area, which is located on the second floor to maximize views, has an open floor plan, large kitchen, a gas fireplace, and walkout to the screen porch. |

The spacious living area has two distinct sitting groups. The main floor bedroom, has a queen sized bed, private south and west facing deck and attached full bathroom. The first floor has a beautiful master suite with king sized bed, private open deck and screen porch. The master bath has separate tiled shower and Jacuzzi tub, and double vanity. The second bedroom on the first floor is a large bedroom with attached full bath and private screen porch. There is a twin over double bed and lots of room for a crib or playpen. The second floor also has a nice sitting area and the laundry facilities are well located between the bedrooms. On the third floor, is the 4th bedroom, with separate sitting area and open sundeck. |

The beaches are pet-friendly too and were rated #1 pet-friendly beach by K-9 magazine in 2006. Even some of the nearby restaurants have outside decks and are pet-friendly. There is a beautiful community walkway to St Joseph Bay. It is a scenic walk through the pines and palms to the bay, where you could kayak, canoe or wade to get scallops in season. |
