The Bunker is a newly constructed home set between the beach and the bay. This beach front and bay front home offers 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the top floor with the main living area on the bottom floor offering 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Each floor offers complete kitchens. Guests are welcomed to reserve the top floor (The Penthouse), the bottom floor or the entire house depending on the accommodations needed. The Penthouse (top floor) sleeps 9 and has incredible views of Alligator Point from the beach side porch to the bay side deck. This floor can be accessed through an elevator or private stairs. The Bunker (bottom floor) sleeps 6. This section of the home is the main living area and includes an oversized screened porch with stairs leading to a short boardwalk to the beach. This level also includes a nice deck overlooking the bay.

Great consideration for young and old was taken in the design of this great beach house. From the easy access elevator, the child size fixtures, the eclectic and child friendly furniture to the swing sets and slides, every member of the family will feel at ease and carefree. This house is just plain fun. It's designed for children but adults will admire the time taken to decorate this totally unique home. Off Peak Season (Sep 1 - Feb 28) $2,625.00/Week

Weekly rentals are Friday through Friday. Refundable deposit of $500 required to make reservation. Reservation fee of $85 will apply. Cancellation Policy for Weekend and Weekly Reservations: If cancelled more than 60 days prior to arrival, deposit is fully refunded; if cancelled between 30 and 60 days prior to arrival, there is a $125 cancellation fee. There are no refunds if reservation is cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellation Policy & Rent Prepayment for Stays Longer than 14 Days: Stays longer than 14 days require prepayment of 1/2 of all funds due in advance (rent, taxes & fees) plus the security deposit. If reservation is cancelled at least 90 days prior to arrival, the deposit and prepaid rent will be refunded. There are no refunds if reservation is cancelled less than 90 days prior to arrival. Sales tax of 9% for all rentals less than 6 months' duration. Weekend rentals are any 2 nights during the week (not restricted to Friday, Saturday or Sunday), and are subject to availability at participating properties. Third night is discounted for weekend stays. During Peak Season, weekend rentals are accepted no sooner than 15 days prior to arrival. All rates and fees are subject to change. Holiday rates for Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years' Eve may be higher than published rates and a minimum stay may be required.
