The Heavenly Sunrise is a 4 bedroom, 3 bath beachfront home with a million dollar view of the Gulf of Mexico from every room in the house except the baths. Each bedroom has a covered or uncovered deck. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need and the Dining room seats 11 for a family seafood dinner. The house is located on the sugar white sands of Bald Point, a community of only 43 homes surrounded by award-winning Florida State Park and the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. Summer Rates: $1795/wk week only May 23 - Aug. 27th

Fall Rates: $1095/wk or $695/3 nts. Aug 24th - Feb 27th

Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years Rates: $1495/wk only

July 4th rate: $1995/week only

Weekly rentals only during spring and summer from Sat. - Sat.

Security Deposit is $300. Cleaning fee is included in weekly rentals. Florida state taxes of 8% apply to all rentals. Rentals during spring and summer are from Sat.-Sat. Three and four day weekend rates available in the fall and winter months.
