Security deposit is $300 and must be received within 7 days of booking the property. The security deposit will be held until property is inspected. Reasons for keeping security deposit are as follows: any missing items, extra cleaning, smoking inside, having a pet and any damage to the house or property and the like will be deducted from your deposit. There is a cleaning fee of $100. Cancellations within 60 days of arrival will result into forfeit of the security deposit. Payment in full must be received 10 days prior to check-in.
