This new (2006) house is a beautiful 3 floor home by the bay with 4 bedrooms and 3 ½ baths. There are two large balconies with the sunset visible from the 3rd floor balcony and a 44-feet-wide private dock space. It sleeps 10-12 people very comfortably and it is one mile from the Gulf of Mexico. Relax on the patio balconies accessible from the living room, dining room and bedrooms via sliding door. Enjoy the beautiful view overlooking the bay and ocean to spend calm nights with an inviting, delightful sunset in this spacious new home on the bay.

Just 40-45 minutes from the Miami International Airport, it is a very convenient location for travelers. The main house consists of 3 bedrooms and 2 ½ baths with one guest bedroom and one full bathroom (on the first floor). The guest room has a separate central air. A private boat slip is located in the back yard for sailing and fishing pleasure. There are also many activities available to engage in throughout the surrounding area. Take pleasure sailing, fishing, boating, and swimming from your own backyard and the surrounding vicinity.

Experience other water-fun activities such as diving, snorkeling nearby the renowned Coral Reef, swimming with the dolphins and jet-skiing (rentals accessible). John Pennekamp Underwater State Park and the Glass Bottom Boat Ride, markets, restaurants, and a variety of shops are just a few other attractions and necessities included into this extensive and charming vacation packet. Enjoy the leisure of this tropical paradise and escape to this sun-filled environment as you relax and tour Key Largo on your vacation days. Recently, I have converted the first floor guest room into a studio equipped with a separate central air system and efficiency kichen. The back patio is beautifully decorated with ceramic tiles and complete with patio furniture and a hammock for your resting pleasure. I have also added another hammock on the second floor balcony for my guests to enjoy the view and the beautiful twilight!
