Come relax and vacation in beautiful Key Colony Beach, adjacent to Marathon Key, approximately 1 hour north of Key West and 2 hours south of Miami. Fabulous sunsets, our Cabana Club with swimming pool and sandy beach, fine and casual dining, shopping, golf, and all types of water sports await you in this laid back little city. Access to either the Atlantic Ocean or the Gulf of Mexico are just minutes away by boat. Our canal front 2 bedroom-Plus, 2½ bath duplex is fully equipped for entertaining, cooking, or just kicking back and relaxing. Outside there is a large private Jacuzzi for your enjoyment. As of January 2008, we are all newly remodeled with new furniture and appliances.

The duplex is spread out over three floors. The top floor has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. One room has a queen bed and the other has 2 full size beds. The second floor is the main living area including the kitchen and a half bath. There is a sleeper sofa on this floor in the living room. The first floor also has a 3rd room and a large storage area. A screened covered terrace with patio furniture. This duplex is complete with everything you need to make your next vacation a great one.

Once you arrive you are at the fishing capital of the world. Incredible offshore, backcountry, reef, bridge, flats and any kind of fishing is available within minutes of our property. After a long day of fishing, come and relax with a cool tropical drink at the Cabana club private beach and pool. Take a beautiful walk or bike ride, see the amazing sunsets. Play golf or Tennis. Eat at one of the great local restaurants. Whatever your pleasure... it's available here. This is a beautiful family and fun location. You can just relax or really live it up, its your choice!
