This great 2 bedroom mobile home is situated in a terrific out-of-the-way community with your own personal dock on a 20ft. deep swimming canal which leads directly into the Gulf of Mexico. This is a beautiful place to spend cold winter months basking in the Florida sunshine and relaxing in a scenic water front setting. The home has been freshly painted and brightly refurnished (new owners). There is an attractive living room with a new (2006) TV, stereo, DVD/VCR player... and also a sofa bed. The home has a real cute kitchen with ceramic tile, a new stove and table set.

The kitchen is fully equipped and there is one tiled bath, a good sized Master bedroom and a smaller 2nd bedroom. All bedroom furniture and mattresses are also brand new. A nice-sized screened-in porch is attached with a new "outdoors" table set and a new propane gas grill. Right outside the porch is a private courtyard/sunning area complete with privacy fence and stone pavers which lead to the large white cement dock complete with a stainless swimming ladder. There is also another sunning/lounging area and small outside table-set on the dock. The property is nicely landscaped, has a fenced-in yard with parking for two cars plus guests.

THINGS TO DO:
Go fishing, swimming or snorkeling from your own private dock. The famous Key Deer Sanctuary is nearby as well as the beautiful Bahia Honda State Park with it's natural beach right on the ocean. In addition to it's wonderful weather, the Keys offer a variety of spectacular attractions. Activities (on site or nearby) include hiking, golf, deep-sea fishing, wildlife viewing, dolphin encounters and
eco-tours. Additionally there is snorkeling/SCUBA diving, boating, windsailing, parasailing, shopping, cinemas, and shelling. Key West is only 30 minutes away where tourist shops, 4-star restaurants, street entertainers and famous pubs are plentiful. Also enjoy the Sunset Celebration at Mallory Square or watch a Keys sunset from a charter sailing boat. There are also great restaurants and good shopping locally (as well as the Looe Key dive shop). Or you can just relax and sunbath on this laid-back tropical "piece of Paradise"!

$450 Security Deposit is required to reserve your accomodations. Bed rate is taxed @ 11.5%(weekly rentals only). All monthly vacation rentors will also be charged for electric bill/usage. $125 Cleaning fee is assessed for each "stay" and will be deducted (along with electric bill) from your $450 deposit, the balance of which will be returned to you within 10 days of your departure providing there are no damages. Fifty% of full rental amount is due 60 days prior to arrival; remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. All cancellations are subject to our Cancellation Terms; 60 days prior to arrival, deposit refunded in full...less a $150 cancellation fee. If cancellation occurs within 60 to 31 days of arrival, the full $450 deposit will be retained...thereafter no refunds unless "re-rented". Pet fee; $50/wk and/or $125/mth
