The property has a 75' sea wall and a dock that will accommodate a boat up to 36' with easy access to either the Atlantic Ocean or the Gulf of Mexico. The Looe Key National Marine Sanctuary, famous for it's crystal clear water and brilliant tropical fish is only 4 miles offshore from Big Pine Key and is an excellent diving/snorkeling destination. This house is the perfect place for a relaxing Florida Keys fishing and diving vacation!

$500 deposit due at time of booking. Deposit will be refunded 2 weeks after check out if nothing is damaged or missing. $150 fee for house cleaning.
