Our 3 bedroom, 2 bath waterfront penthouse condo is beautiful, air-conditioned and lies in the exclusive Pebble Beach area of Rotonda West with local shops, restaurants and golf courses less than 10 minutes away. Every room and the Lanai have ceiling fans for your comfort and for those rare chilly nights we have central heating. Our Penthouse contains a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for cooking breakfast or gourmet dinners. The large Great room with dining area, lounge and TV entertainment centre leads directly through triple sliding doors onto a 20 ft x 12 ft screened lanai overlooking gardens and a fantastic fresh water canal. There is a large detached garage that contains fishing poles and beach chairs for your use.

You can enjoy fishing from our own private dock and relax in the shared heated pool. Our Penthouse is furnished and equipped to a standard that will take your breath away and ensure that your stay at Heron's Landing is a memorable one. We are close to many excellent beaches on Manasota Key, Venice and Boca Grande. For the sports person we have excellent salt and freshwater fishing as well as our own private fishing jetty on the Rotonda Canal. Boca Grande is a 20 minute drive and is the Tarpon fishing capital of the world if you want those really big ones, world championships take place in April - May each year.

For the keen golfer we have many golf courses in the area from Championship level to pay and play including a floodlight course. There are many fine restaurants in the area from Gourmet to fast food and for retail therapy there are a number of shopping malls close by as well as supermarkets.
For the more adventurous use our base to get to Classy Naples or the Everglades in the south or Venice and Sarasota in the north, you can also visit Busch Gardens or Disney as well as Marie Selby Gardens at Sarasota. So come to Heron Landing for that relaxing experience and enjoy our luxury home. We are within easy driving distance of all major airports, Sarasota 45 minutes, Fort Myers 60 minutes, Tampa 90 minutes, Orlando 150 minutes, Miami 220 minutes.

Security deposit of $500 returnable less any costs for loss or damages. End of stay Cleaning fee $125 to be added to invoice.Excessive cleaning charges will be deducted from the security deposit if needed.
