This luxury, 4 bedroom executive, lakeside and golf view home has a private pool and elevated spa... electrically heated and situated in a quiet conservation area, a very peaceful location.  The home sleeps 8 and has 2 Master suites opening out onto an extended deck area. Our beautiful Florida home occupies a South West facing lot overlooking a large natural lake, with executive golf view. The home has been furnished personally to an unbelievably very high standard.  The pool deck area is ideally positioned to watch the sunset over the lake. The extended pool deck area is fully equipped with sun loungers, chairs and tables. 

The home is fully equipped to provide visitors with every luxury, comfort and convenience they should need. Accommodation Bedrooms: (1) Master Bedroom with King Bed - Fully Furnished (plus LCD T.V. & Safe) (2) Master Bedroom with King Bed - Fully Furnished (plus LCD T.V.) (3) Queen Bed - Fully Furnished (4) Twin Beds - Fully Furnished (plus LCD T.V. and Play station 2). All bedrooms with TV have Satellite TV Installed with over 100 channels. Hairdryers, strengtheners and curling tongs are provided!

Bathrooms: (1) Ensuite Bathroom to Master Bedroom (1), His & Her wash basins, with walk-in Roman Shower, wc and hairdryer. (2) Ensuite Bathroom to Master Bedroom (2), twin wash basins, His & Her wash basins, with walk-in Roman Shower, wc and hairdryer. (3) Ensuite Bathroom to Bedroom (3&4), washbasin, with walk-in Roman Shower. Kitchen: Fully equipped for inside and outside dinning. Utility Room: Washing Machine, Tumble Dryer, Iron and Ironing Board, sink & cool box. Living Room: This home has a large open plan great room, with 2, 3-seater leather sofa's, large TV (Satellite TV installed with over 100 channels), DVD, Video and Music Center. This area has full patio doors opening onto lanai and pool deck area, so you can still enjoy the sunsets from complete comfort.

Lanai and Pool Deck  Area: Private - Heated Swimming Pool and Elevated Spa Dinning Table and Eight chairs, 6 Sun loungers, occasional tables. This is one of the largest constructed caged areas, which provides you with a huge area to utilize outside. Services: Upon arrival you will find our home professionally prepared and cleaned to welcome our guests, clean towels, linen and beach towels are also provided. The house is fully equipped with 5 adult and 2 children’s bicycles (including 2 helmets for the children’s bicycles), Pool Table, Air Hockey, Fishing Equipment, Tennis, Beach Equipment, Pool Inflatable, PS2, Board Games, Books, DVD and Video Library, LCD TV's, DVD Player, Music System. Pool safety screen for children should it be required). Hairdryers, strengtheners, and curling tongs. Gas BBQ, Air conditioning, ceiling fans throughout, cable TV, telephones, Private Pool and Spa (for sole use of guests) Electrically Heated Pool and Spa heating. Outside: Our home has been beautifully and professionally landscaped, the pool deck area has been extended making plenty of room for 6 padded sun loungers and 8 padded chairs, large table and occasional tables for outside dining. The pool is 25' x 13' and is electrically heated (essential in the winter months), with a wonderful elevated electrically heated Spa. Coast / Beach: There are several excellent beaches nearby. The nearest are Englewood beach and Stump Pass which are about 10 minutes by car.  The beautiful beaches of Boca Grande and Venice are about 15-20 minutes away. Golf: Rotonda is surrounded by many excellent golf courses, the nearest being beyond the lake behind our home. Travel: Fort Myers Airport, St Petersburg, Tampa, Orlando, Sanford.  Distances: The nearest supermarkets, shops, bars, restaurants are about five minutes drive. The town of Port Charlotte is 15 minutes away. Further Information: Our home is ideally situated to enjoy, sunsets, lake and golf views, beaches, tennis, gold, fishing, jet skiing, parasailing, cycling, boating etc.,
