There is a formal dining room and also a dinette off the kitchen. The villa is fully equipped, air conditioned and very spacious - ideal for two families.

The private screened pool overlooks the canal. There is also a gas BBQ available free of charge as well as Internet access. Rotonda is a fantastic area for either relaxing or exploring what Florida has to offer. The gorgeous Gulf beaches are just a ten minute drive away. Within the Rotonda Circle there are 5 golf courses, bike trails, playground, fishing and tennis courts. There are plenty of local shops as well as great restaurants.
