This 2 bedroom ranch home with a southern exposure solar heated pool and a private setting was built in 1998. It's a 5- 10 min drive to Target, Wal-Mart, Starbucks, including Port Charlotte Town Center Mall (a modern indoor Mall). It's a 5 - 20 min drive to local beaches including - Charlotte Harbor, Venice & Englewood. We are 50 minutes south of Sarasota and 1 hour south of Tampa & Clearwater. It's 1 hour 50 minutes SW of Disney World, 30 minutes north of Fort Myers, 45 minutes north of Naples 30 minutes and 1 hour drive from several outlet malls including Ellenton, Naples, Bradenton etc.
