This 3 bedroom, fully air-conditioned home is situated in the gated community of Beachwalk Isles where it enjoys the seclusion of extensively landscaped gardens in a quiet part of the estate. Theatres, restaurants, retail outlets, golf courses and attractions of every kind are plentiful in the Fort Myers area, and the white sands of Sanibel/ Captiva Island are 6 miles away. Fort Myers Beach with it's fishing pier and ‘Old Florida’ charm is a mere 5 - 10 minutes by car while Naples, Marco Island and the Everglades are a little further. St. Pete’s Beach, Disney World and Miami are a two and a half hour drive and there is a daily high speed catamaran service from Fort Myers Beach to Key West .

Wild life is rich and varied in this part of southern Florida and visitors can enjoy the Corkscrew Sanctuary, the Ding Darling Nature Reserve, shelling on Sanibel Island and visiting the Manatee park. Royal Palms line the McGregor Boulevard stretching from the vicinity of Beachwalk Isles to the down town winter residences of Thomas Edison and Henry Ford along the Caloosahatchee River. More than a dozen palm species can be found in Beachwalk Isles alone!

The living area is spacious and open plan with a Great room and dining area, seating six, opening into the fully equipped kitchen/breakfast nook with seating for four. Doors lead to the double garage, utility room and master bedroom, and a short hallway connects the living area to the other bedrooms and bathroom. Sliding patio doors open to the lanai and pool deck. There are queen size beds in the en-suite master bedroom and in bedroom 2, and two single beds in the bedroom 3. The large Master bedroom has a walk-in closet, cable TV/VCR and a telephone; the Great Room which is comfortably furnished has cable TV/VCR/DVD and a fast Internet connection.
A telephone is accessible from both the kitchen and dining area.

The screened pool deck with child alarm, where you can relax to the song of the mocking birds and enjoy spectacular sunsets, faces west and receives sunshine from mid-morning until late afternoon. Patio furniture consisting of a table, six chairs and 2 loungers occupies a covered lanai which affords welcome shade on the many warm, sunny days.

Prices include all taxes, utilities, linens, towels and end-of-let clean. One week minimum rental (Saturday to Saturday preferred) Deposit: $250 per week; balance 6 weeks before rental period. Credit card imprint required by local management company, from whom key is obtained, at commencement of stay as a damage deposit (destroyed if no damage) This Company is available throughout visit in case of problems.
