This property is very near (a 3 minute walk) Times Square, located on the north end of Estero Island.  There is virtually no traffic exiting the island.  The beach is directly across Estero Blvd, and is less than a two minute walk away.  The property has direct Gulf access on a canal with a boat dock.  The rental consists of a 2 bedroom cottage along with two lower level efficiencies, one of which overlooks the pool and canal.  There is a large pool area with a hot tub. A large dock and unique tiki bar also overlook the canal.
