Estero golf villa

Our 2 bedroom villa has a living space of 1382 sq. ft. plus a front and back lanai and a one-and-a-half car attached garage. The villa is on a Par 61 Executive golf course with a view of a small lake. Our rental is considered a villa with a den. It has a Master Bedroom with bath and large closet. The Master Bedroom has a 19″ TV with built in DVD and VHS player. The new King Size bed in this room is a high quality pillow top mattress. The Guest bedroom is near a bath that can be closed off for privacy. The guest bedroom has a 13″ TV with a VHS player. This room has a comfortable queen bed.

The Den/Media room contains a 30″ HDTV. A DVD and VHS player is provided. The den has a hide-a-way bed for overnight guests. In addition, there is a large combination Dining room/Sitting area for entertaining and a separate breakfast area which seats four. The rear Lanai overlooking the Golf Course and lake has a table and four chairs for enjoying meals outdoors. The front Lanai has two chairs and a small table for your relaxing pleasure.

The Villages at Country Creek are in the small town of Estero conveniently located between Interstate 75 and Highway 41 midway between Fort Myers and Bonita Springs. Our villa is 10 minutes from Southwest Florida International Airport (Fort Myers/RSW). The Villages are off of the Corkscrew and Three Oaks Parkway intersection. Nearby are the Miramar Shopping center, Germaine Arena, Florida Gulf Coast University, the Koreshan State Historical Site located on the banks of the Estero River and the brand new collosial Coconut Point shopping center with more than 125 stores, and the even newer Gulf Coast Town Center.

The Villages of Country Creek is a 283 acre country club community with an executive golf course. It is a playable course which offers enjoyment for the novice as well as challenges for the avid golfer. Off the course activities include tennis at the Har-Tru tennis courts or a swim in one of the five pools. The clubhouse features a restaurant, a large screened lanai overlooking the creek, a fully stocked pro shop, locker rooms, a Nautilus equipped fitness center, card room, and billiard room. The communities owned TV channel and monthly paper will keep you informed of various activities including golf events for the men, women, and couples, pool exercises, clubhouse games of Bridge, Mah-Jong and Scrabble.

Golf Transfer Fee of $125 covers both Husband and Wife and is payable direct by the renters at the Golf Club House. A form completed by the renter and signed by the owner is required by the Club House. Eighteen holes of Golf is $19 from 7:00am to 2:00pm, $14 from 2:00pm to 4:00pm, and $9.50 after 4:00pm, this includes the cart. 11% Tax (State Tax is 6% and Lee County Tax is 5% is included in monthly rate Exit Cleaning Fee of $100 is included in monthly rate. Security Deposit: $250 and is returned if no damage or repair is required. This is a NON-SMOKING unit. Security deposit and 50% of the rental fee is required at the time of contract signing.
