Our beautiful direct bay front 1 bedroom unit is located on the south end of Manasota Key at 1765 Gulf Blvd. This charming condo is in the lovely (gulf to bay) El Galeon South complex. You will have a "Million Dollar" view from the living room, kitchen and lanai. The El Galeon South is tucked away on picturesque Lemon Bay. Imagine azure blue skies and glistening turquoise waters. You'll frequently see colorful boats sailing by, pelicans perched on the fishing pier & palm trees swaying in the warm gulf breezes. The view is absolutely spectacular!

Each morning you'll awake to a splendid sunrise over Lemon Bay. Eat breakfast on the lanai, and catch a glimpse of a dolphin or manatee. You can enjoy the beautiful palm tree lined waterfront, with a serene picnic/ BBQ area, by El Galeon South's docks. Bright, cozy and clean, our one bedroom, first floor, condo has ceramic tile in the living room and kitchen, with new carpeting in the bedroom. Everything was freshly painted, and redecorated with a tropical decor(1/2006). The living room has 18 feet of patio windows facing the water, with a new queen size sleeper sofa. Also a 32" Cable TV with DVD & VCR.

Bring your boat! El Galeon South offers deep water dockage at no extra charge. You can cast a fishing line from the docks. While you're waiting for "The big one" to bite, look for interesting sea life like, shrimp, sea horses or crabs, swimming by under the docks. You'll want to keep your eyes open over the water too, it's not unusual to see a family of dolphins swim by. The fabulous Gulf of Mexico beach is DIRECTLY ACROSS the street from El Galeon South. You're invited to enjoy the 300 feet of private beach shared by the four El Galeon complexes, along with the 3 heated swimming pools on the properties.

While working on your tan, you can beach comb for hours! There's seven miles of pristine beach to explore on the island. You'll be able to collect a large variety of shells, sand dollars, pre-historic shark's teeth and fossils. Just leave the world behind, and enjoy the scenic natural surroundings and unspoiled beach. Each evening you can see a breathtaking sunset over the Gulf of Mexico. As the sun appears to "melt" into the gulf waters, the skies slowly change to vibrant fuchsia, purples, & crimson. Along with the sound of the waves breaking at the shore, and a warm gulf breeze, you'll feel like your in paradise! I'm sure you'll agree," It's better than a Pineapple Martini..." Manasota Key is a world-away from traffic and crowds. The island is very quaint and laid back. You will notice as soon as you cross the bridge to Manasota Key, that the island reflects an old Florida feel, the way Florida was meant to be. There are no high-rises, no traffic lights and no traffic jams! Our El Galeon South condo is the perfect walking distance (less than 2 blocks) to waterfront restaurants, gift shops, a convenience store and the popular, dockside Tiki Bar & Grill.
