This beach house is located on your very own private Gulf beach on Manasota Key in Englewood, Florida. The sunsets are truly amazing. The house features 2 bedrooms and sleeps four to eight comfortably. The kitchen has new appliances (2007) and is fully stocked. There is nw tile in the living area and a new outdoor tiki bar. The linens and towels are new. We have two refrigerators in the house. There is also a hot tub available for an additional fee at owners discretion. There is ample parking for at least three vehicles. The property is privately fenced on three sides and has a totally unobstructed frontage on the Gulf of Mexico.

Relax in the hammock, search for the perfect shell, and feel the warm Florida sunshine as you relax on the beach. Manasota Key is halfway between Sarasota and Ft. Myers. The island is separated from the mainland by Lemon Bay and the Intracoastal Waterway. The island is truly beautiful and the area is reminiscent of Old Florida. Although tropical and private, all the comforts of the city are only a ten minute drive away. Stump Pass park is within walking distance.
