The property, situated between Sarasota and Fort Myers, is some 75 miles south of Tampa International airport. The villa has a large heated pool and two spacious screened lanais with poolside table and chairs and has ample room for outside dining from that BBQ. Three sliding doors lead to the pool deck and there is a baby barrier for the pool if required.

The Master bedroom is fitted with a king bed, has a very spacious walk-in closet, and a large Master bath suite with a his n' hers vanity unit. The Guest bedroom has a queen bed and en-suite bathroom. The third bedroom is furnished with twin beds. The fourth bedroom is furnished with twin beds as well as a desk, telephone and high speed internet.
A CD/Intercom system has been installed throughout the villa as well as poolside. For the kids and Dads a games room has recently been added with a new 7' slate bed pool table and Foosball game. The home has 3850 sq ft total living space with 2600 sq ft under air.
