Manasota Key is an 8 mile long unspoiled sandy beach on Florida's South Gulf coast. This is a subtropical climate in which extreme summer and winter temperatures are mellowed by the presence of the Gulf of Mexico. The average annual temperature is 75 degrees. The area's natural beauty has been safeguarded, providing a natural haven for a stunning array of animals unique to this area, from dolphin, manatee, ospreys, pelicans and eagles to shrimp, snook and redfish.

Stroll the beach for great shell collecting and fossilized shark teeth. Fishermen can enjoy surf fishing from the beach or boating from Lemon Bay. Water sports of all kinds are 5 minutes away. The area also has plenty of shopping, golf and is within easy driving distance of many of Florida's most popular cities and attractions.

The complex offers a large, heated pool, beautifully landscaped grounds, covered parking and boat slips. Summer: June 1st-Aug 31st =$2,900. per month

or *2 week minimum* $1600. per 2 weeks

Peak : January 1st to April 30th = $4,300. per month

December = $3700 per month or $2000 per two weeks

Add 12% Florida tax to above rates. $500 Security Deposit. $95 cleaning fee. 50% due 60 days prior to arrival, balance due 15 days prior to arrival. CHECK-IN TIME: 4:00 P.M.
