We are the first owners of this beautiful 2 bedroom condominium in a very exclusive new complex. It is quiet and very private. The view from the large, private terrace is gorgeous. You will find marina, wildlife, pool and the beautiful sunsets you look for in SW Florida. Our furnishings are very nice and very comfortable and all are new (2006). The unit is nearly 2,000 sq ft. The Master bedroom with king size bed has a TV and can be closed off from the entire unit for a bit of additional quiet time. The Master bath is just as enchanting with a jacuzzi tub. The second bedroom has twin beds and is cozy and cool. Just a short walk or drive away is nearly anything you might want to enjoy... a classy Rumrunners bar and restaurant, a marina, tennis, golf, boating, kayaking.

The wildlife in SW Florida is amazing and ever changing. It seems each month we visit we see something new along it's migrational path. This month, September, beautiful wild parakeets. Not more than a few minutes drive is Pine Island, Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel Island, Captiva and Naples. Enjoy them all but avoid the crowds and the noise. If you golf, you will be very happy. Surprising to us is the weather in the fall, it is actually ideal and a hidden secret all the way through early spring. No need to hold off until late spring enjoy the off season pricing on nearly all your activities. The tiki bar on the patio by the pool, has no service but is for you and your family to grill your favorite meats or vegetables. You can eat well, drink well and sleep well. Enjoy.

June 1st to Sept. 30th: $1,800 per month, weekly available at $700.00/wk.

Oct. 1st to Dec. 19th: $2,000 per month, weekly available at $900.00/wk.

Dec. 20th to May 30th: $2,800 per month, weekly available at $1,000/wk.

Damage Deposit of $500.00, Cleaning Fee of $100.00 per visit. Generally scheduled Sat. to Sat. Check in at 3p.m. and Check Out at 11 a.m. Note: Full pymt. by 30 days in advance with payment plans available. Deposit at booking guarantees your rent amount, deposit is 25% of total rental with damage deposit and all other due by the 30 day prior timeline. The 25% deposit will not be refunded if cancellation occurs less than 60 days before scheduled rent dates. A small pet is possible, no smoking. No credit cards. U.S. dollars.
