Located centrally in Cape Coral, this tastefully decorated condo is only 15 minutes from the Fort Myers airport, 25 minutes from Sanibel Island, and countless other area attractions. Enjoy the warm tropical breezes rolling in off of the intersecting canals. Admire the breathtaking sunrises and boats traveling by from your second floor lanai. Whether you fancy a round of golf, shopping, fishing, or just relaxing at the heated pool, WinJoy has what you're looking for!

Our goal is to make your stay as hassle free as possible. From the minute you arrive you will be able to relax knowing that all the comforts of home are at your fingertips. The Master Bedroom is spacious and tastefully decorated. There is a king size bed and an en-suite bathroom with his & hers sinks, shower and plentiful closet space. The Second bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed and lounge chair to relax in. The second full bathroom is centrally located for all your guests to use. The Kitchen has all the amenities of home and was newly decorated in 2005. There is a Dining area that seats 4 in the dinette and additional dining space for six on the lanai. There is a large Living area with a new queen sized pull-out sofa that can sleep 2 additional guests. There is plenty of seating area to enjoy a DVD or watch cable TV on the entertainment center. Let the time pass by as you relax in the spacious screened lanai with a spectacular view.

3 month minimum rental required

The rental rate listed above includes an 11% state and local tax. An end of stay final cleaning fee of $100 and a refundable damage deposit of $500 are also required. Rates are based on two person occupancy. Extra charges apply to larger groups. Depending on time available, installments may be made, but full amount is due 30 days prior to arrival. Check in after 3pm; check out by 10:30am. If arrival is to be after business hours please make prior arrangements for entry. Sorry, no credit cards accepted. Payment must be US funds.
