This beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home with private pool (electric pool heat optional) is located on Oak Hills golf course in Spring Hill on Florida's beautiful Nature Coast. Our home was built in 2005 and is furnished to a very high standard and is fully equipped. The home has outstanding views over the golf course, appealing to non-golfers as well. We are within a 10 minute drive to the local beach at Pine Island and close to nature reserves, bush habitats and wildlife parks. It is approximately 1.5 hours drive to the Disney area and 45 minutes drive to Busch Gardens in Tampa. There are dozens of restaurants, shops and many activities within 5 minutes drive from the home.

15th December - 24th April = £450 (approx $720) per week

25th April - 14th June = £350 (approx $560) per week

15th July - 30th September = £350 (approx $560) per week

1st October - 14th December = £375 (approx $600) per week

All taxes are included, the home is cleaned before and after your departure. We require £150 refundable security deposit (approx $240). Electric Pool heating is available at call for rates. Reduced rates for rentals over 4 weeks.
