There is a 27 inch Sony TV in the Living room, Lazy-Boy leather sleeper sofa with built-in air mattress (very comfy) and two Lazy-Boy leather recliners. Queen and twin beds in the bedroom have top-of-the line Sealy Posturpedic mattress sets replaced in 2004 and 2006 respectively. You will not be disappointed. Many annual repeat customers want only this unit.
