Madeira Beach one bedroom condo

Our fully equipped and fully furnished 1 bedroom condo is just across the street from the white sand beaches. We are located on the second floor of a four story building with easy access to the elevator & parking. The lanai offers Gulf views for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful sunsets. The large heated swimming pool and recently resurfaced deck area will be enjoyed by our guests. Our area is Southwest of Tampa, North of St. Petersburg, South of Clearwater. We are in the heart of Madeira Beach, one of that area's most popular beach communities, near Treasure Island and Indian Rocks. It's an easy half mile walk to famous John's Pass Village with its many restaurants, retail shops, day cruise ships, charter boats and gambling cruise ships.

Other major Florida attractions (Disney and Sea World, Universal Studios in Orlando) are less than 90 minutes away. Our one bedroom, one and a half bath, remodeled and updated condo offers a large kitchen with newer furnishings and cabinets. Two new televisions in the living room and bedroom offer cable TV selections. There is also a DVD player in the living room. This condo has not been frequently on the rental market so all linens, pillows, bedspreads, etc. are in like-new condition. The master suite is approximately 12 by 15 with Berber carpeting and offers two full size beds, a walk-in closet and a full bathroom with tub and shower. The dining area offers table seating for four and a breakfast bar that seats two. The half bath by the entrance offers a stack washer and dryer for your convenience. There is also an on-site laundry facility in the pool building.

Seven-night minimum stay. Cleaning prior to your arrival and after your departure is included. If less than 7 night minimum stay accepted by owner, cleaning fee of $75 is charged to guest. Add Florida 11% tax to all rental rates. Refundable damage deposit is $300 for weekly rentals, $500 for monthly rentals. Rental Agreement available upon request via e-mail attachment.
