All fees payable in cash or certified check. 10% deposit of the total rent due or a minimum of $200 is required to secure reservation. Balances are due 15 days prior to arrival by cash or certified check. Refunds are available only with a 30-day written notice prior to your scheduled arrival (less handling fee). No refunds can be made for early departures. Please e-mail or call for availability, as we have two units available for rent in the same building.
