We provide cable TVs, local telephone service, VCR and DVD players, a stereo and a Weber gas grill with BBQ tools for your enjoyment. The living room, kitchen and two of the three bedrooms open to the large screened lanai area with table and chairs, hot tub and views of the water. The home is located on a deep-water canal where you can dock your own or a rented boat. The home also has a well-equipped utility area including a washer & dryer. Kayaking here is wonderful with easy water access to the Gulf of Mexico and Sarasota Bay. A five minute walk to the beach access makes it convenient to watch the legendary sunsets and enjoy the white sand beaches and blue waters of the Gulf Coast. It's a short drive to Anna Maria Island, St. Armands Circle and Sarasota.
