Come and enjoy our recently renourished beach and fabulous shelling. 'No public access' means this is one of the quietest spots on the beach. Look out and enjoy the sunrise over the Intracoastal Waterway from the Master bedroom or enjoy the sunset over the Gulf from the Gulf front balcony. Both the beach and boat dock are just steps from your door. There are only 10 units in the building. The condo was recently renovated and contains all new furniture and fixtures. The interior is spacious and contains 2 bedrooms and 2 baths on the main level. A spiral staircase leads to a spacious loft (third bedroom) with 2 full size futons. The loft makes a great getaway for the kids.
