Reservation deposit of $200 is required. If you cancel in less than 30 days of your arrival date, you will be refunded $75.00. If we can rent the unit out during that time, you will receive a full refund. Please send me a written notification of cancellation via email to: jpsllc@tampabay.rr.com. A $75 cleaning fee is due with rental payment. Cleaning and rental fees accepted by Visa, Mastercard, Certified Check or Money Order. 7 Day Minimum Booking. Discounts apply to stays of 4 weeks or longer.
