Watch the pelicans and dolphins frolic in the Gulf or look behind you at the many boats cruising down the Intracoastal Waterway from the balcony. Enjoy long walks on the white sandy beaches or stroll across the street to the private dock on the Intracoastal and sit and watch the boats while fishing.

We are located just 90 minutes from Orlando popular theme parks and 30 minutes from Busch Gardens, Adventure Island and Florida Aquarium. Other local favorites include Salvador Dali Museum, Tampa Bay Downs, Derby Lane Greyhound Track, Three Major Professional Sports Franchises (Bucs, Devil Rays, Lighting), John’s Pass, Tarpon Springs Sponge Docks, Fort Desoto State Park and the St. Pete Pier.
