This spacious, 3 bedroom, 2 bath, condominium is completely furnished for you and sleeps 8 persons. The complex is Gulf front and has a private pier to fish from, outdoor barbecue and picnic area with lots of room for family cookouts. The unit's balcony has a partial Gulf view. It's a first floor unit elevated over parking and it's just steps down to the pool or beach.

4 Night Minimum Stay. 8 Maximum Occupancy. 12% Tax. Reservations will be confirmed upon receipt of a $200.00 US advance deposit per week. The cancellation refund charge is 20% of deposit received. Refund requests must be received in writing 30 days prior to arrival date or deposit is forfeited. PAYMENTS: Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. Parking by Permit Only.
