Our larger than average 3 bedroom villa of over 2000 square feet has cathedral ceilings and is very light and airy. The King bedroom has ensuite, Queen and Twin have their own bathrooms. There's a fully furnished Living room, Dining room/quiet lounge, breakfast nook and fully equipped kitchen. All rooms have ceiling fans. Sliding patio doors lead to the large lanai and screened private solar heated pool, which is not overlooked. There is a separate laundry room with washing machine, dryer, iron & board etc. There is a spare bathroom adjacent to the garage. The Links golf course is on site. Publix & other shops are close by. Hudson Beach is a 10 minute drive, Clearwater/Tampa is 30 minutes and Orlando is 1 hr, 50 minutes.
