This family friendly 5 bedroom beach house is in an amazing location!!! The home has a private pool & hot tub, faces the Intracoastal waterway and is close to activities but on a quiet part of the street. This island is 1,000 feet wide in this area so it is a 2 minute walk (678 ft) to the sand, park and Pier 60 activities. We are next to Frenchy's Rockaway Restaurants and 50 feet from the public boat ramp so BRING YOUR SMALL BOAT (there is room for trailer parking also). The home is perfect for family reunions or large groups and has been totally remodeled. The home has 3 full bathrooms - 2 with tubs. There is a handicapped ramp & bathroom bars and was updated in 2006 with modern appliances, marble bathroom floors, new flooring and granite kitchen counter tops and huge washer/dryer. Also nearby... tennis courts and a public pool.

This is a completely baby equipped vacation beach rental house. From pack-n-plays to strollers to plug covers to safety gates-"WE Totally GET IT", moms! We have a tub for easy baths. The pool has plenty of extra step area for waders. We have high chairs and VCR/DVD players galore. We even have baby monitors. Ask us for anything that will make your stay easier and more comfortable at our family friendly beach rental house.

Included are free cable modem and HBO-bring your laptop if you want to keep in touch. It's an easy 90 minute drive to Disney World, MGM Studios, Universal Studio theme parks and a 30 minute drive from Busch Gardens.

We are right near Frenchy's Rockaway Restaurant and Pier 60. Airport: Tampa International Airport; distance: 30 minutes. The trolley stops near the house. The house has room to park 5 cars.
