The spacious great room leads out onto a large covered lanai and 28' X 14' caged, heated swimming pool with waterfall. Both the master suite and the second bedroom have sliding patio doors which lead onto the pool deck and lanai which is perfect for Florida style dining. Our home is in the new gated community of University Place with lakes, nature walks, two community pools, children's play area, fitness centre and an abundance of local shops and superb restaurants.

Located just west of I-75, we are only a short drive from Sarasota, the gulf coast beaches, state parks and designer shopping outlets. Our designer furnished home is fully equipped for eight guests to a very high standard and is perfect for a relaxing stay on the wonderful gulf coast or as a base to explore everything that Florida has to offer for a memorable holiday.
