Reservation/damage deposit of $1,000 due before reservation can be confirmed. Full rental fees are due 30 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL, payable by check, money order, cash or traveler's check. Reservation/damage deposit is non-refundable without 90 days' written notice. Deposit will be held until inspection of unit at your departure. Rentals of six months or less are subject to Florida Sales Tax and Manatee County Resort Tax. Cleaning INCLUDED in rental.
