| The second upstairs bathroom is shared off the hallway. The fourth Bedroom is located downstairs and includes a large
queen-sized sofa pull-out bed and another set of regular bunk beds. This bedroom has a private Bathroom as well. Basically, the fourth bedroom alone could accommodate a complete family. The downstairs area includes a Laundry
room, Office / Computer Work Center, Game room (with a pool table, air hockey table, foosball table, electronic dart board), a 50" Plasma TV with surround sound stereo, a fireplace, numerous board games, and more. This is a great place for the kids to hang out, as well as for the whole family to enjoy. Outdoor activities include a private "heated" pool (solar),
a master BBQ grilling area that is 15' in length (yes - 15 feet long) and includes a large grill, double side burners, a small refrigerator, hot & cold sink, etc.
There are nine bicycles provided for riding around the island, there is fishing gear, cricket for the backyard, a large hammock, skim boards, boogie boards, beach towels, beach chairs, a hot & cold outdoor shower, and much more.

The beautiful island of
Anna Maria has seven miles of idyllic beach with an array of shells and
sand dollars, fringed with tropical landscape. One of the most magical
times of day is the breath taking sunset, where locals, friends and
family gather on the beach to say goodnight to the sun. There are
three cities on the small island all with their own unique charm: Anna
Maria, Holmes Beach and Bradenton Beach. The locals are so
friendly, especially the dolphins who enjoy frolicking in the warm Gulf
of Mexico. The island is also home to the manatee, pelican, heron,
egret and in May through October the Florida sea turtle. The
island is so laid back, just kick off your shoes and enjoy. The
excellent all year climate is perfect for recreational activities too.
There are also numerous golf courses in the area for every level of
game. Anna Maria is every boaters and anglers dream, with three piers on
the small island, charter boats, dolphin excursions, jet skis,
parasailing, canoeing, windsurfing, kayaking just to name a few. The
island has some excellent restaurants including Floridian, Japanese,
German, Caribbean, Italian, French, many with waterfront dining and live
entertainment. The island also has a diverse range of shops and
