We are just 120 steps from the beach with no streets to cross and within walking distance of many shops and restaurants. The unit sleeps 4-6 in 2 large upstairs bedrooms and a sleeper sofa in the spacious living area. The kitchen has all new (2004) wood cabinets, granite countertops and tile floors. The back patio has a grill & dining area. The large fenced-in side yard is perfect for children at play.

09/15/08 - 12/15/08 $700/wk, $2400/mo, $110/night- 3 night minimum

A $300.00 deposit is required to hold a reservation. The deposit will be held as a damage deposit during your stay and will be refunded as soon as the townhouse is inspected after your departure. A $60 cleaning fee, plus any damages above normal wear and tear, will be deducted from the deposit. The full rent, plus 10.5% sales and resort tax, is due 30 days prior to occupancy.
