Located just east of Destin along highway 30a on the Florida’s Panhandle, this spacious 2nd floor unit condominium provides a picturesque beach view from your private on the beach deck. “You-can’t-be-closer” accommodations, provides private and immediate access to the powder soft white sands and warm waters of the Emerald Coast.

You can also take advantage of an exciting afternoon at the colorful shops and boutiques of charming Seaside, just a few miles away. Our condominium is part of a small 24 unit complex located at the end of a quiet street with secured parking. The unit features 1,800 square feet of luxury living with beautiful beach views through 8 full-length windows in the living and dining area. The entire condo is designer decorated in bright coastal colors and fully furnished. The Sugar Dunes complex is the best of the Seagrove area and located in a less populated rental area between two great but crowded gulf towns of Destin and Panama City.

What a great place for your family vacation. Our rates are low for this spacious 3 bedroom, 3 full bath unit because we are renting-by-owner. You can't beat it for luxury on the beach at affordable rates for family vacations. Another of our side by side units, "Myers-on-the-Beach" are right next door and can be rented together for a total of 6 bedrooms. After 1 stay you will be hooked on our beaches, our location and our condo. Our previous renters prove it with 80% renewals -- so get your reservation in to join the other satisfied vacationers of the "on-the-Beach" Condos.
