Walking, running, biking and in-line skating can be safely enjoyed along Deer Lake State Park only a few yards away as 30A has a full 25 mile off-road bike path. Shoppers can enjoy visiting the area’s large Factory outlet mall; golfers some world class courses; and kids one of the many water/theme parks at nearby Panama City or Destin.
