The home is second closest in Old Florida Village (.3 mi) to the beach. The beach sand is crystalline and has emerald/turquoise water. There are two pools, one is 3 houses down. Southern Pine flooring is throughout the first floor. A Living room, clean modern Kitchen, laundry area, one bathroom and bedroom completes the first floor. Upstairs is a Master bedroom with large Master bath with double headed showers. A balcony off the master completes the suite. Across the hall is one bathroom and two bedrooms, one with a queen bed, one with two twins. Up the stairs from the second floor is the tower room; a secluded room with a king size bed, TV and surrounded by windows. No closet. Come and stay bringing home memories for a lifetime.
