The SEAHOUSE is a wonderful 4 bedroom Florida/Bahama style home, complete with numerous palms and flowers. The area is superb for families and close friends to get back to what the beach is all about... peace and beauty! Walking, biking (rental vendors will deliver them to the door for the day or for the week), or strolling with the babies is so easy to do with miles of sidewalks on nearby famous Scenic Highway 30A. The home is about 100 yds from the beach!

You will pass by exotic and famous neighborhoods like Rosemary, Seacrest, and Alys Beaches and enjoy all pleasures they provide in restaurants, shopping or just oohing & aahing over all you see. But of course, you will come for the beaches. The white sands, blue & turquoise water of the gulf, sea breezes and glorious sunrises/sunsets begin and end each day. Enough said. Note to golfers: just heavenly!

In keeping with the family/friends type neighborhood, the SEAHOUSE does request families/friends age 25 or older (of course, children are excluded from age requirement). Thanks.
