This newer 3 bedroom home has been completely redecorated with brand new (2007), in-ground, heated pool enclosed for privacy as well as the weather.  It is exactly a four-minute walk to the beautiful white sandy beach of Panama City Beach. There is satellite TV in the Living room and Master bedroom.  There is also an outdoor shower for when you come back from the beach with hot/cold water.  The house has everything you will need for a great vacation.  The west end of PCB is a lot more private and the traffic is definitely much better.  This is the part of the beach families want to be in.  The beach is not overpopulated like the east side and the water is awesome.  Go snorkeling, fishing, swimming or just bake on the beach while getting a cool breeze that you do not find in many places on the gulf.  You will always have a great time here.  House comes with beach and pool toys for the kids and big kids :)There are also board games for kids and adults.
