Relax in our spacious 3 bedroom, 3 bath designer condo, perfectly located towards the end of the 1st floor, where you can enjoy a nice, quiet morning, afternoon or evening on the patio. Enjoy direct access to pool, jacuzzi and beach... no waiting for elevators! Beach setup service with umbrella and chairs are included March through October. Island Princess is located between Destin & Ft. Walton on Okaloosa Island.

This is an updated, designer decorated unit. Our spacious Kitchen has state of the art appliances, granite counter tops and breakfast bar with four bar chairs...providing plenty of seating along with dining set. There is cable TV with VCR/DVD combo in every room and wireless Internet access and a fax machine in the condo. Pool (heated in winter), jaccuzzi, covered parking and exercise room are all on-site. All bedrooms have private bathrooms; Master bedroom has king size bed, Middle bedroom has queen size bed; "Kid Friendly" bedroom with surfing theme and artwork has twin top/full-size bottom bunk with trundle bed to sleep 4...total of 10 in condo. Our welcome album has restaurant menus, golf info, local attractions, activities and coupons. We are sure you will want to return again next year after staying in this upscale condo on the beautiful white sandy beaches of the "Emerald Coast"!!

Please add $100 Cleaning Fee and 11% tax to rates. $300 Security Deposit required to reserve condo. Check-in is 3:30 pm - Check-out is 10:00 am. There will be a $30 processing fee plus tax upon check in (credit card preferred). Minimum 3 days on daily rates. Spring Break and Peak Summer are Saturday to Saturday stay only. Must be 25 years of age or older.
