The Jolly Roger Beach House is directly across from the beach with a private access.  It is located on a man made canal and has a dock and comes with a pontoon boat. The 5 bedroom home is only 1/2 mile from the Gulf by boat.  Many restaurants are accessible by boat and Crab Island is only 1/2 mile away.  The island is only accessible by boat, and is the most sought after swim spot on the Gulf Coast. There are a number of golf courses close to the beach house. With our dock, you can bring your own boat and enjoy the great Gulf or bay fishing.  Fishing is also great in the canal.  Destin is known for it great beach and emerald water, but is also the premier shopping area on the Gulf Coast.
