During peak seasons and holidays, there is a possibility that a unit will not be ready by 3 p.m. We greatly appreciate your patience as we are working hard to ensure your property is properly cleaned and meets our quality cleaning standards. There may also be unavoidable check-in delays due to maintenance issues. There will be no discounts offered due to a late check-in. Guests who will be arriving later than 5 p.m. should make late arrival arrangements by telephone prior to arrival. Earlier check-ins are available for a fee if the unit is available. All reservations must check in at the main office. If it is after hours or the office is closed, a lock box is available for key pick up.
